About Us

Our philosophy is to provide the charitable, voluntary and hospice care sector with professional, approachable, affordable, training and facilitation services. 

Guidance and support of others, taking them on 'their' journey is at the heart of what we do.  Our work combines Eastern and Western thinking, which involves a positive, constructive approach towards people, thinking and ideas (encompassing generosity of spirit, patience, graciousness, a lack of criticism or negative culture). 

We pride ourselves in providing a personal service to all our clients, which is both professional and friendly.  Our training is relaxed yet focused and backed up with high-quality training materials and course evaluation.  Small group or one-to-one coaching is also available for those who prefer the benefits of personalised training and accelerated learning.  

We were established in January 2007.  Since then we have gone on to work with over 450 organisations across the UK, Jersey and Denmark, from small community groups to large charities (household names), Local Authorities, Air Ambulance Services and London 2012 'Sportmakers' (Delivering the Olympic Legacy).
